Running the LA Marathon for St Elizabeth Hospice
In February 2018, 4 years ago I lost my Dad to cancer. I've been wanting to do something in his memory to help raise money for the charity that cared for him before he passed.
In the final few months of his life he was cared for at St Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich. I will never be able to thank them enough for the kindness, love and care that they showed to my Dad and my family in this impossible situation.
This hospice is run mainly on donations so every contribution goes a long way. I would like to try and support them so they can continue to provide care to other families who need it.
I'll be running the LA Marathon on March 20th 2022. This will be a huge personal challenge for myself, I have been a casual runner for the past year but I've never undertaken anything of this distance before.
Please help me to meet my goal of supporting this worthy cause in my upcoming marathon by donating or sharing this link with your family and friends. Thank you for your support in helping me make a difference and make this run a meaningful one.
Anything you can contribute will help!
