Gasheads Against Racism: Flag Fundraiser

GasCast Podcast is rallying the Bristol Rovers community to take a stand against racism and show support for Shaq Forde, who recently endured vile racist messages online following the red card at the Reading game. These messages do not reflect the values of true Gasheads, and we’re coming together to make that loud and clear.

We’re raising £300 to create two powerful banners:

"GASHEADS AGAINST RACISM" — we want this flag to be a permanent display at The Mem, representing our commitment to inclusion in support of all ethnic minority groups.

"WE STAND WITH SHAQ" — a banner to show our solidarity and support for Shaq. We want to make it clear that we do not stand with the morons who sent him these unacceptable messages.

Any extra funds raised beyond the cost of the flags will be donated directly to SARI (Stand Against Racism & Inequality), a Bristol-based charity dedicated to fighting inequality and promoting inclusion.

GasCast Podcast will be contributing £100 to the fundraiser.

Let’s unite as Gasheads and send a strong message that Bristol Rovers fans stand against hate.
