Gavin’s “HOME MAKEOVER”

Gavin, a wonderful 9 yr old, suffers from Spastic Quadriplegia Cerebral Palsy, and needs our help. He is non-mobile and non-verbal, confining him to a wheel chair or being carried by his family. Having known this family for the past 5 years living across the street from them, I have seen them work as a family giving Gavin the best life possible. But the struggles are real. Now that Gavin is older and growing, he needs our help. As a home builder for 20 plus years I want to give him his own bedroom, his own functional bathroom with a rail system, a new family kitchen functional for Gavin, front and rear ramps to get him in and out safely (currently his parents carry him in and out) , electronic equipment to help him communicate better as he continues to learn, and extra funds to help with his continuous medical services. We have all seen this work on TV. Now it’s our time to actually do this. I will actively and aggressively pursue my suppliers to help with all major construction material and seek corporate donations to help too. But i need to also reach out to my friends, your friends, and all compassionate people wherever you live, to make this the best project ever for Gavin.
