Hello, I am Imene Romdhane, I organized this campaign to help my friend Dina Albughdadi and her family to survive from war.
Here is Dina's story in brief:
Hi, my name is Dina.
It pains us to ask for help, but we have no other option.
My family and I fled our home in northern Gaza and sought refuge in the southernmost point (Rafah). We suffer from scarcity of food and water. It has been 5 months of tough and harsh days, where we witnessed the worst kinds of pain and oppression.
For my family, my father lost his business and my brother lost his new project. It's destroyed before he collects its cost. Our house was destroyed as a result of the neighborhood being severely damaged, where I lived for 20 years, and all my memories of those favorite places are gone.
My mother and sister traveled before the war, they will never be able to come back to be with us. Now we are six: myself, four siblings, and my father who struggles from kidney disease, high blood pressure, and herniated disc, and has not taken his medication for five months. As you know, kidney patients must be under medical supervision. As for me, I had just started my studies before the war, dreaming of becoming a successful engineer. My university was destroyed, crushing my dream.
In this war, I lost my grandfather to starvation and lack of medicine, my cousin died of extreme fear, and recently, 26 members of our family-entire families were wiped out, leaving no one behind. I fear my family and I will face the same fate. I want to take them to safety in Egypt.
We were living a healthy, loving, beautiful life full of successes, activities and family gathering, but on October 7, our lives turned upside down.

Where the fund will be spent (cost breakdown)
-BARE minimum
· Evacuation fees crossing the border 5000 USD per person (myself, father, my four siblings) = 5000 USD x 6 = 30K USD.
· Expense in Egypt: 6-months expense roughly (Family of 6 members) / 6 months x 1000 USD = 6000 USD
· Current expense in Gaza: 5000 USD (Family of 6 members)
· GFM commission 2.9% + 0.30 USD per donation. Total off 2374$
