As salaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu
السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
The blessed month of Ramadan will always be a special moment for believers due to the numerous amount of virtues in this month. Allah praises those who spend their money in charity. He promises abundance of virtues and rewards for them.
The Prophet (PBUH) said: “The best charity is the one which is given in Ramadan.”
As we embrace the blessed month of Ramadan, our hearts are heavy with the plight of our brothers and sisters in Gaza. In the spirit of compassion and generosity that defines this sacred month.
Gaza is facing a dire humanitarian crisis that demands our urgent attention and collective action. Families are struggling to meet their basic needs, and the impact of conflict has left many without homes, food, and access to essential services.
The resilient spirit of the people of Gaza shines through, but they need our support to rebuild their lives.
By providing families in Gaza with urgent relief, including cash aid, food and medical aid, you can help to ease their burdens and restore hope to their lives during this holy month.
Ramadan in Gaza may be difficult, but the people of Gaza have shown us time and time again what faith and resilience look like. In this time of calamity, Gaza needs us more than ever.
I have opened this page so we can raise as much funds as possible this Ramadan, and start implementing with what is most needed and available on the ground.
As a charity our Poverty Relief Team has been on the ground in Gaza for over 7 years, but this is the worst attack we have witnessed so far. We urge you to do your Zakat - Sadaqa - Lillah for the people of Gaza today.
The funds are to help the displaced people of Gaza in Egypt via the Egyptian Red Crescent. The funds will not be physically entering Gaza.

The Messenger of Allah (60) said, 'When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him'. (Muslim)
