River's Top Surgery Fund

Hello! My name is River Hedgepeth. I'm a queer nonbinary college student who is getting top surgery on July 20th. I've been out for around 7 years and finally have the opportunity to have top surgery. However, I'm in need of a little assistance. I'm extremely lucky that my insurance is covering 80% of my surgery. While I do have the remaining 20% saved I need some help with travel expenses, groceries, and rent while I recover. Not being able to work most of the summer is really setting me back so part of the money raised will also go towards books and other school supplies for the Fall semester. I live in NC but will be traveling to MA to have surgery and then will be staying there a week. I'm grateful for any kind of assistance. My community is so important to me and I try my best to give to local mutual aid as much as possible but now I am in need of some community kindness and care. Thank you all.
