Immigration Lawyers to the Border

We are a group of attorneys traveling to the border in Harlingen, Texas- the center of family separation.
Detained parents don’t know what to do and don’t have access to an immigration attorney. We’ll be fixing that. We will be visiting detention facilities and helping them to fight for their right to stay here and to reunite with their children.
We’ve already received generous funding for transportation to the border. What’s left to cover is lodging, food, and any other ancillary expenses. The rest will go to the organizations on the ground that’s fighting this evil everyday.
I’ll be at the border for 4 days, leaving Thursday, June 20.
This trip to the border came about at the last minute and I’ve been amazed at the support we’ve gotten so far. Any amount you care to give will be appreciated.
I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to document, but I will keep everyone updated on our activity.
