We have started a food program to help children in our school community who find themselves in vulnerable situations caused by the Covid-19 outbreak. The program began in late April when we began connecting with families and realized that they were in need of support. The initial “go-fund-me” raised just over $3,000.00 and will help feed over 30 children until the end of June. (THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT WITH THIS!)
We know the need is still there, and the number of children that we are supporting is continuing to grow. We have been given the "go ahead" to volunteer our time and continue the food program through the summer months. We know this is a difficult time for families as there is no connection and access to school breakfast and lunch programs.
We're asking for your continued support so we can provide for, and assist these children in need.
