Provide Housing for families in Hatay

Hello, My name is Devrim Ozcan. My husband and I are Turkish citizens, who live and work in London and we will be traveling this weekend to Hatay in Turkey to help families, who have lost their houses in the last earthquake. 

We are helping families in small villages that the main aid agencies have not yet reached and who are relying on volunteers like us to provide immediate practical support such as tents, sleeping bags, water purification tablets, baby food, thermal clothing, non-prescription medication etc .

We will be taking with us as much as we can, but also rely on monetary funds to provide further support once we are on the ground there and have assessed what are the most urgent needs.

We know that some items are cheaper to buy more locally to Turkey rather than shipping from the UK and that other items may be more difficult to source locally so may need to be shipped urgently.

 All funds will go directly to help those in need with no admin costs and we are personally funding our own travel and living expenses while there. Please donate as much as you can. Thank you Devrim
