Funeral Expenses for Irene Esplana
Donation protected
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Irene Esplana on December 31, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Irene was a cherished mother to 21- year old Ian and 12-year-old Raine and a devoted partner to Roy. Her presence was a pillar of warmth in their home, and her passing leaves an irreplaceable void. She was also a beloved sister, aunt, and friend to so many. Her light touched all who had the privilege of knowing her, and her memory will forever be a source of love and inspiration.
Irene was born on April 27, 1977 in Nabua, Philippines. She will always be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and nurturing spirit. She had an incredible ability to make everyone feel seen, heard, and loved. Her courage to leave the Philippines and move to Canada to provide a better life for her family is a testament to her strength and resilience. Her selflessness and determination created a loving and stable foundation for her children to thrive.
When her illness progressed, Irene had to step away from work to focus on her treatment and healing, adding to the financial challenges they endured. Thus, for many years, Irene and her family persevered on a single income.
As Irene's family navigates this heartbreaking loss, we are asking for support to help cover the costs associated with her passing. The financial burden of medical expenses, funeral arrangements, and providing support for her children, Ian and Raine, is significant. Every donation, no matter the size, will help to ease some of these financial pressures, allowing Roy to take time off of work to focus on healing and be there for their children.
Thank you for your love, support, and kindness during this difficult time. We are deeply grateful for each and every one of you who has taken the time to remember Irene and support her family. Her legacy of love, kindness, and positivity will live on in all of us.
