Please help to keep my boy and I on our feet

Hey my name is Jaime and I'm seeking help to pay for rent and basic essentials for myself and my boy. I was recently out of work for 5 months due to a medical and DV situation I was in. During this time I have used up all of my savings and resources to stay afloat. I have returned to work but due to the accrued medical bills, back rent owed, electrical, water, phone, gas to get to work appointments and my boy to school plus newly developed car problems I am struggling to keep from falling further behind. Any help is greatly appreciated to get me back on my feet. The amount I have requested is just enough to pay back rent and get my essential bills up to date to avoid further disconnection, plus gas but doesn't include accrued medical bills as I'm just seeking help to keep from losing what I've worked so hard to gain and to avoid eviction.
