Lieve vrienden en familie,

Met verdriet delen wij het nieuws dat Gijs is overleden. Wij willen hem een waardig en respectvol afscheid geven.

Helaas zijn de kosten voor de uitvaart hoog, Gijs was niet verzekerd. Onder andere door de repatriëring van Gijs vanuit Spanje naar Nederland, lopen de kosten hoog op. En daarom vragen wij – met enige schroom – om hulp.

Via deze GoFundMe hopen we een bijdrage op te halen om de repatriëring en een mooie uitvaart financieel mogelijk te maken.

Elke donatie wordt zeer gewaardeerd en helpt ons enorm. Alle bedragen helpen. Ook het delen van deze actie is een grote steun.

Dear family and friends,

We are sad to share the passing of Gijs, who many of you knew as Guillaume. We want to give him a worthy farewell.

Unfortunately, the funeral costs are high, Gijs was not insured. The costs are high, partly due to Gijs' repatriation from Spain to the Netherlands. And that is why we are asking for help. Many friends and family have asked to help. We feel uncomfortable doing this, but have been reassured that people want to feel like they are doing something to help us.

We hope to raise a contribution via this GoFundMe to make the repatriation and a beautiful funeral financially possible.
