Gemeinsam stark - Unterstützung für Hilo Rojo in Peru

Hallo zusammen!

Wir sind eine Gruppe von freiwilligen Helfer*innen aus Deutschland und Argentinien, die aktuell für zwei Wochen bei Hilo Rojo in Trujillo, Peru mitarbeiten.

Wichtig: Die Organisation weiß nichts von dieser Spendenaktion – wir möchten sie mit dem gesammelten Geld in einer Woche überraschen!

Hilo Rojo ist eine NGO (Nichtregierungsorganisation), die sich seit über 11 Jahren im Stadtteil La Esperanza in Trujillo für kostenlose Bildung, Frauenrechte und Gemeinschaftsarbeit einsetzt.

Die Realität vor Ort ist oft sehr herausfordernd:

* Etwa 30 % der Menschen in Peru leben in Armut

* 29 % der Jugendlichen zwischen 15 - 19 Jahren sind nicht alphabetisiert

* 49 % der Frauen erleben häusliche Gewalt

Für viele Kinder und Frauen ist Hilo Rojo ein Ort der Hoffnung und Geborgenheit. Doch: Die Organisation finanziert sich fast ausschließlich über Spenden der Freiwilligen – eine sehr unsichere Grundlage.

Wir möchten mit eurer Hilfe einen Beitrag leisten, um die wichtigsten laufenden Kosten für das Schulprojekt in diesem Jahr zu decken – und Hilo Rojo damit eine große Freude machen. Jeder Euro zählt – und bewirkt hier unglaublich viel.

Wofür wir Spenden sammeln möchten:

* Tägliche Schulmaterialien (Kopien, Hefte, Drucker, Stifte etc.)

* Renovierung der Schulräume (Möbel, Dach, Stromleitungen)

* Reinigung und Instandhaltung der Schule

* Lernspiele für Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen

* Hygieneprodukte (Toilettenpapier, Zahnbürsten, Menstruationsartikel)

We are a group of volunteer helpers from Germany and Argentina working for two weeks with Hilo Rojo in Trujillo, Peru.

Important: The organization knows nothing about this fundraising campaign – we want to surprise them with the collected money!

Hilo Rojo is an NGO (non-governmental organization) that has been committed for over 11 years in the district of La Esperanza in Trujillo to free education, women's rights, and community work.

The reality on the ground is often very challenging:

About 30% of people in Peru live in poverty

29% of young people between 15–19 years are not literate

49% of women experience domestic violence

For many children and women, Hilo Rojo is a place of hope and security. But: The organization is financed almost exclusively by donations from volunteers – a very insecure foundation.

We want to contribute – with your help – to covering the most important ongoing costs for the school project this year, and thereby bring great joy to Hilo Rojo.

Every euro counts – and makes an incredible difference here.

What we want to collect donations for:

Daily school materials (copies, notebooks, printer, pens, etc.)

Renovation of the school spaces (furniture, roof, electrical wiring)

Cleaning and maintenance of the school

Educational games for children with special needs

Hygiene products (toilet paper, toothbrushes, menstrual items)

Somos un grupo de voluntarias y voluntarios de Alemania y Argentina que actualmente está colaborando durante dos semanas con Hilo Rojo en Trujillo, Perú.

Importante: La organización no sabe nada sobre esta campaña de donaciones – ¡queremos sorprenderles con el dinero recaudado en una semana!

Hilo Rojo es una ONG (organización no gubernamental) que lleva más de 11 años trabajando en el distrito de La Esperanza en Trujillo, promoviendo la educación gratuita, los derechos de las mujeres y el trabajo comunitario.

La realidad local es muchas veces muy desafiante:

Aprox. el 30 % de la población en Perú vive en situación de pobreza

El 29 % de los jóvenes entre 15 y 19 años no sabe leer ni escribir

El 49 % de las mujeres sufre violencia doméstica

Para muchas niñas, niños y mujeres, Hilo Rojo es un lugar de esperanza y seguridad. Sin embargo, la organización se financia casi exclusivamente a través de las donaciones de personas voluntarias – una base muy inestable.

Con su ayuda, queremos contribuir a cubrir los gastos más importantes del proyecto educativo para este año – y así dar una gran alegría a Hilo Rojo. Cada euro cuenta – y aquí puede hacer una diferencia enorme.

¿Para qué estamos recaudando donaciones?

Material escolar diario (copias, cuadernos, impresora, lápices, etc.)

Renovación de las aulas (muebles, techo, instalaciones eléctricas)

Limpieza y mantenimiento de la escuela

Juegos educativos para niñas y niños con necesidades especiales

Productos de higiene (papel higiénico, cepillos de dientes, productos para la menstruación)
