Gender Affirming Surgeries for Sal

Hello there ~

My name is Sal. I'm an artist, writer and witch.

Much like many trans people, gender dysphoria affects my life every day. Gender dysphoria is a feeling of dissonance with your body and it can range from dissociation to full blown panic attacks, depending on the triggers.

I've come far since I came out, and I honestly never imagined I could have this relationship with my body that I have now. Transition has given me so much and I'm verrrry grateful for the support I've received so far;  financial, emotional, health-related, social, etc. I'm incredibly lucky and privileged in many ways.
But some areas of my dysphoria are still consistent and still affect my day-to-day life.

Surgeries have always felt like a distant dream. I'm on the NHS waiting list for support that, one day, will really help. However, some surgeries are not available through the NHS even though they could ease dysphoria just the same.

So that's why I'm here. Asking for your support. Any donation, however small, will honestly be received with so much gratitude.

This is me taking an active role in my mental health, even though it's kind of terrifying!

I know how big this amount of money is and I'm going to honour this by doing my own work on the side to raise funds through workshops and classes.
