Gender affirming surgeries for Jade

Hello! My name is Jade.
I am a transgender woman who is an aspiring rap artist, originally from dover Kent now living and working in east London.
I have been wanting to create this campaign for sometime now, but talking about my dysphoria is what makes me my most vulnerable, uncomfortable self and it often puts me in a low place, it puts me in that place because it seems unbeatable with funding being the highest cause for concern as I'm sure many of my trans siblings could agree with.
with current climate it seems near enough impossible to think for a minute that surgery will happen for me. I work in hospitality which keeps me afloat with my rent and weekly groceries but that is it, it's extremely difficult to save anything towards my surgery goals especially when hospitality hours aren't guaranteed due to Covid-19.
The target amount of money will potentially cover 2 long awaited surgeries, one being breast augmentation surgery, then other being a tracheal shave (reduction of the Adams apple). I can't begin to explain how important these 2 surgeries are for me to feel like my 100% authentic self along with my SRS (sexual reassignment surgery) which is planned to be 2021 and is covered by the NHS.
The support I have had throughout these past 5 years has been what has kept me going, I can't thank anyone enough for the love, loyalty and strength you have provided me over these years, I would have never got to experience what my life could have possibly been and could have meant to someone else without my LGBTQIA+ Family.
again I know times are extremely heavy for everyone right now, If you cannot donate I completely understand of course, a share is just as helpful for me! I love you all so much!
