Gender-Affirming Surgery Recovery

Hello! I am your friendly neighborhood trans person, Shane (they/he), and I am scheduled to have a gender-affirming surgery next month which also happens to help fix another medical condition I have struggled with since I was a kid. I am super excited since I have been waiting years for this. However funds are running low (and I recently had money stolen as well), and I won't be allowed to work for at least six weeks after the surgery.

I could use some help with funding to get me through the recovery process so I can pay my bills and afford medications. I am trying to get this surgery done ASAP because the medical condition that this will fix has flared back up recently, and because we are living in dark times with my rights as a trans person being under attack and the prospect of losing access to life-saving healthcare is weighing on me.
