General Donation for SVJC Trust objectives

We’re a team of surgical, medical, ODP, nursing and midwifery specialists who provide vital procedures for those in need at a charity hospital in Dervan, on the west coast of India.

The hospital’s focus is on the Ratnagiri district, Pune city and Mumbai city in the Maharashtra State, and in particular Dervan and surrounding villages.

Our mission is to help people in the area meet basic needs, such as food, water, clothing, shelter and education, alongside providing vital medical aid for those who need it, regardless of caste, creed or religion.

We run the following ongoing projects:

1) Organising an annual surgery camp to perform vital procedures that save/improve the lives of patients in need of medical treatment.

2) Knowledge sharing with the medical staff such that it makes a sustainable difference in the medical treatment that the hospital can deliver.

3) Direct financial assistance to support the nursing education of deserving candidates who are keen to pursue a career in nursing but have no means to support the education expenses.
