General expenses and part bills

Hi, Jerry here,so recently I had surgery on my foot and thinking my short term disability would take effect to cover but not the case may take little longer than expected so I'm needing help to cover few expenses and am to return to work in a few weeks I would greatly appreciated the help ,thank you!
