Essential medical kit for Ukrainian Hospitals
Donation protected
We are a group of doctors working as "Medics 4 Ukraine" as well as local members of the community across North Central London. We are trying to help our colleagues in Ukraine with urgently needed supplies to help them treat patients who are injured and sick.
The deputy medical director of the in Kyiv hospital is a friend and colleague, who worked as a doctor in training in our institution in London.
Due to the war in Ukraine, the hospital is suffering from unstable power supply and requested help to acquire generators to keep the medical equipment running. Your kind donations have helped us deliver a generator to keep the surgical intensive care running.

The Hospital is now being asked to treat victims of the war as well as cancer patients. Following our successful generator delivery we are continuing to raise funds for surgical equipment. The hospital now have great need for ultrasound scanners, to diagnose internal bleeding for trauma patients as well as some additional specialist equipment to clean and sterilise surgical items.
We have now successfully delivered a scanner to the hospital.
We also received requests from a University of Ternopil which is acting as a sorting and distribution site for hospitals in need.
We are grateful to have been given 5 tonnes of medical and surgical supplies from our local hospitals. In addition to this, with your generous donations we are procuring and sending requested equipment that is not already included in our donated supply.
As the war progresses it is vitally important to keep sending urgent supplies to Ukraine. Many of the supply chains we rely on for our medical and surgical equipment as well as ambulances etc. are broken and not functional as they should be due to the war. The hospitals rely on charitable supplies to keep them going.
The situation is changing day by day and we are keen to support our medical colleagues in helping them to treat those injured effectively and with the equipment they need. I cannot imagine doing my job well without all the things that are readily available to me in my London hospital and we urge you to help us support and help our medical colleagues in their tasks to treat and save their fellow human beings.
We will keep updating you on how the situation is progressing and keep adding items which are of critical importance at each stage.
Please keep donating so we can try to continue sending medical and surgical equipment to Ukrainian hospitals.

Thank you for your kindness.
God Bless you
