Generous Hearts for Turkey

As many of you know, two massive 7.8 earthquakes have struck Turkey which resulted in severe damage and many casualties have been reported. Turkey has requested immediate international help.

While we have made America our home, a part of us will always reside in Turkey, as many of our friends and family are still there. Thankfully, our close relatives were not personally affected, but it is an unfortunate tragedy for thousands of people throughout the country.

Cafe 422 started this fundraiser to do everything we can to help our friends overseas. Our valley is incredible and we know that together we can make an impact and a difference in the lives of those affected.

100% of the funds raised from here will be donated to the earthquake relief efforts in Turkey. These funds will be given to an organization called AHBAP (a local voluntary network, non-governmental), founded by Haluk Levent, a well-known and respected musician in Turkey. He and his team have been on the front lines providing aid. AHBAP has helped with numerous disasters over the years, not only in Turkey but in surrounding areas as well.

Your donations will help provide emergency meals, blankets and shelter to those families displaced by the earthquakes, as well as help first responders save lives.
