In Memory of Genesis Baez

A terrible tragedy happened on Monday, January 18 to one of our Loan Officers at Family First Funding… Our hearts go out to Mauris Toro Lara who lost his daughter in an automobile accident in Waterbury, Connecticut Monday morning. Mauris’ daughter Genesis was 22 years old and involved in a hit-and-run crash. Even though the police have caught the felon, there is truly no comfort or words that can be said to comfort Mauris during this time of sorrow. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mauris and his family.
Mauris is a Loan Officer with Anthony Barber’s team. Along with Anthony and his team, we would like to help Mauris and his family with some of the financial burden for this tragedy through this GoFundMe campaign. I understand that this is not normally a way to help someone with a tragedy like this, but I know that every dollar will go a long way to help someone who works very hard every day to provide for his family. Thank you in advance for your support and donations as we come together to support Mauris and his family during this very difficult time.
