Hi, My name is Charlie Cuppens Buckle and I am fundraising to help my friends Carole and Geoffrey save their home in Cocagne, NB Canada post Hurricane Fiona.

Sadly Natural Disaster is not covered on insurance and This senior couple need our help.

Fiona sent storm surges into the walkout basement some 250’ from normal water edge. Unprecedented winds tides and rain devastated this couples home and much of their valuable items.

If you do not know this couple know they are helpers healers and some of the kindest souls in the area. They have helped so many people throughout their years, please help me help them restore the home. Asking for help is challenging for all, especially people in their 70’s who should be enjoying their senior years stress free.

yes the NB government has declared an emergency and some relief will come eventually. The immediate work is being started by some of us volunteers to help reduce some costs of what is going to be a big rebuild.

This village is a small community and in the 20 plus years of ownership the water has never been even close to half way up lawn. Fiona high tide and storm surge changed that.

The funds will be used to remove damaged furniture, flooring and materials clean disinfect and restore the basement of Carole and Geoffrey’s home.
