George Budd Jr's Cancer Treatment

Hey everyone! I want to tell you about my friend and probably yours George! George is a husband and father of two. He was diagnosed on February 17th with Multiple Myeloma. Multiple myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells. These white blood cells are found in the bone marrow and produce antibodies to help your immune system fight infections. George worked for Safeway for 40 years and 3 months before retiring wow! After that he of course in classic George style got another job at Charlie's Produce. George and Kris have a long road ahead with many expenses. They will require living very close to his treatment center and will have to pay upwards of $85 dollars a day just for this. Kris will be his rock and caregiver at this time and will be unable to work. George was not thrilled to ask for any help and I may get in trouble for this but I know all his friends want to do something to help him. For those of you that don't know George or may not enough about him (He is amazing!) Let me tell you a bit. George is the kinda friend that helps you no matter what and expects nothing in return. He is passionate and driven. He is a active member of search and rescue and still pushing through to go out and train with them. He loves to hunt and hike with his buddies. He is a devoted family man and super proud dad. George gives and gives and gives and has never wanted anything in return. He has a amazing caring soul. Please help our friend and his family get through this hard time.
