George's family fundraiser

On 10 August 2024 George's family- Laura, David, Cian, Jake and Ellie will be climbing Mount Brandon in the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, Ireland in memory of George who lost his life a year ago. George's family are fundraising for a headstone for his final resting place.

The mountain and the range are named after Saint Brendan and is one of the highest peaks in Ireland. George had a special connection to Mount Brandon, often looking at it from his Nan's window and planning to climb it one day. This climb will not only fulfill that dream in his memory but also connect George's family to a place that held significance for him.
