George Family Crisis

This is for my mom and dad to help them with the extreme situation they have been thrown into. It started about a year ago when my mom had several emergency room trips which doctors were unable to diagnose as to the reason. She then had what was diagnosed as a stroke when driving home from town. Half her face had lost muscle control and the two siblings who were with her in the car started to freak out as they were seriously concerned for their mother. Thankfully she was able to pull over and an ambulance soon got her to the hospital where she received the care she needed. Since then she has recovered almost all mobility except for a slight lag in her left foot. The doctors could not pinpoint what had caused her stroke. A few months later she had yet another trip to the ER. Still, no diagnosis could be found. She then had a device put in that could monitor her heart in the case that one of these episodes were to happen again. This way she could record when it would happen to see if her heart was the issue. She was able to do this when it happened again, but there were no irregularities found with her heart. Baffled by this, my mother decided to try a Doctor of functional medicine, and on a hunch, had their home tested for mold. They had standing water issues in their basement for years due to poor foundation and construction. Sure enough, when tested, their home had three different types of toxic mold through the whole house, not just the basement. They were informed that in order to completely eradicate it they would have to get rid of all porous items that can't be washed. This would include all mattresses, their new sofas, all their books in their extensive library, and much much more. My mothers doctor agrees that her symptoms could very well be a direct result of the toxic mold which she had been breathing in on a daily basis. The rest of the family has started to show symptoms as well but not as extreme as my mother as she all ready had a compromised liver and other issues. Coincidently, her room is the only one situated directly over the basement which was the source of the mold. My family currently is evacuated from the home. They are scrambling to find somewhere to stay but have not had much luck so far and have mostly been living off of charity. On top of this, she now has $12,000 in medical Bill's that insurance won't cover. The $50,000 will be used to cover these as well as make a down payment on a modular home and cover some of the loss of their house hold items. Please if there is anything you can do to assist them they would be so grateful. They have spent their lives helping others whether that be in their missionary work, or helping at risk young men and their families. God bless you!!
