George Georgieff Funeral Expenses and Support
Donation protected
On behalf of Dr. George Georgieff’s wife Joyce and his family, it is with a heavy heart that we ask for your help. On Wednesday, July 10th, Dr. George passed away after a successful six month recovery from spinal surgery, but dwindling complications from dementia.
George was a beautiful soul and an overall kind human being. He was a loving husband and father. He was a talented orthodontist and musician. He was someone who wholeheartedly committed himself not only to his passions for family and career, but also to his passions for music and his desire to help others.
Helping people made him who he was. If you needed something, George was there to help; whether it was for yourself, someone you know, your church, your school or your organization. From being there during a difficult time, to fixing your teeth for free, to getting you into college, to calling in favors to get you whatever you needed; if you knew him even a little, you have seen this in action. He was a force of nature when you needed help.
The last years of George’s life were met with both severe financial and health challenges. Despite these challenges though, he never lost his positive outlook on life and his never-ending drive to do more for those in need.
And so it is in this spirit that we ask for your help. Donations will go directly to help with end-of-life costs such as funeral arrangements, and will support future expenses for Joyce. For more details on when and where Dr. George's funeral will take place, please see Joyce’s Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100015483046884
