George Hartley

This page has been created by George Hartley's immediate family in the hopes of raising funds to offset current and future medical and living expenses for Georgie and his family.

During his overnight work shift of April 30, 2024, Georgie suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. He was subsequently admitted to the ICU at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in NJ with a brain bleed and partial paralysis on his left side.

In addition to the current situation, Georgie and his family have experienced some unique situations causing financial hardships over the past two years. Georgie suffered a bicep tear which rendered him out of work for a year, followed by a house fire in which they lost nearly everything. Since the fire they have been displaced and staying with family while construction has been ongoing. They are all eager to return to the comforts of their own home.

At the time of this post Georgie is stable and his body is working hard to heal. The Doctors are anticipating a long road of recovery ahead. Once stable, Georgie is likely to discharge to a rehab facility before returning home.

As you can see Georgie and his family have been through the ringer. Creating this page will allow us to ensure that Georgie only needs to focus on his healing. All proceeds will be directly distributed towards his medical and living expenses. Any amount you are willing to donate is greatly appreciated.
