George Kelly Memorial Scholarship

Eligible students must have attended a Joliet or East Chicago Area High School for at least 2 years; be enrolled in a 2 year or less career or technical degree/certificate program that will lead to employment; attend a not-for-profit post-secondary institution; and complete essay on the topic provided.
