George Oliver needs a $2000 dental procedure.

George Oliver had a successful surgery, they ended up removing 5 teeth today. Picking him up from the vet right now. He just needs to rest for a couple days on a wet food diet and his after visit medications.

Hi, my name is Trevor and my cat George Oliver needs a dental procedure done to remove three teeth. The veterinarian said the procedure could cost around $2000. I hate to see my little man in pain and I'm struggling to come up with the funds for the procedure.
George Oliver has multiple resorptive lesions. These are often compared to cavities but are different in that they involve destruction of the enamel (or roots) that continues until the tooth fully resorbs and is no longer present. During this time, the pulp with nerve supply is exposed. These are
common in cats and we don't have a specific reason for why they form but there is likely a genetic component.
These are painful and progressive so the veterinarian recommend dental work to remove the affected teeth. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated, even if only sharing this post. Thank you.
