Help George Wah Grieve with his family

George Wah recently suffered the loss of his father Towinee Wah at the age of 71. Mr. Wah was diagnosed with Cancer in December 2021 and past August 4th, 2024 from the illness in Gran Gedeh, Liberia. George needs our help to get back to his home country of Liberia to grieve with his family and attend his father's memorial services. George is a strong and personal man, a great friend and a diligent employee. He left his home to immigrate from Liberia as a teenager to further his education and left behind some close members of his family to do so. The travel costs to return to Africa are steep and put quite a burden on a family. Please join me in supporting George and his family in their efforts to be together in such a difficult time.

George has been with Holman for almost 8 years now serving in the roles of Material handler and Lead Material Handler. He is ingrained in the Kansas City Holman culture and needs our help. George's commitment to serving his peers and leading his team is a great representation of what we call the "Holman Way". Let's help to show him and his family just how powerful being a part of our team and culture can be when we are in need.
