George's Recovery And Medical Expenses
Donation protected
On December 19, 2020, George was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance after waking up unable to move. After a series of tests, the doctors discovered an abscess on his upper spinal chord that paralyzed him from the neck down. He was then life flighted to another hospital, and emergency neurosurgery was performed. On December 29, 2020 he was transferred to a Rehabilitation Hospital working to regain functionality in his upper and lower extremities. Although the doctors predict at least six weeks at the Rehabilitation Hospital, he will still be required to have home health care and physical therapy even after being released. Due to the physical nature of his job, his medical condition has rendered him incapable of working for the foreseeable future.
Those that know George know that he always puts the needs of others before himself and is always willing to help out in whatever way he can. He is a God-fearing, hard-working man, whose main focus is providing for his family.
We know that these are trying times for everyone, but anything helps and no amount is too small. All funds donated will be put strictly towards his medical bills and continued care, as they will exceed his coverage. This will ensure that he is provided the best chance at a full recovery.
Thank you in advance and God bless!
