German

German, is an immigrant. He has a wife, a step son and a baby on the way. ICE grabbed him because his wife's ex-husband called them knowing he was an illegal. The ex-husband wants German out of the picture. So this was his way of doing so. German has committed no crime. German has not killed anyone. German has not stolen anything. German has not  kidnapped anyone. German loves his step son - that was his crime. He was here illegally because his visa ran out. He stayed despite knowing the consequences. Worked. Fell in love. Got married and now has a baby on the way. No attorney is willing to help him. But we are. We are here. German's wife is a high risk pregnancy. If she does not eliminate as much stress as possible - she will lose the baby. German has told me that he sits in a jail right next to felons, eats food that has mold in it and gets one hour a day outside. He has dedicated his time to praying, reading and waiting for the day he can get back to his wife, child and unborn child to be.

The money raised here will go toward his legal fees to get him out of jail. Helping his wife survive while German is not able to bring in any money, and ease the stress of the whole situation.
