Get 3d Belt printers into orca slicer

Donation protected
Hey my Name is Marius Kietzmann from Germany,
Many People face bad experience when it comes to slicing their 3d models for belt printers.

This campaigns' goal is to get belt printers into the wonderful and easy to use orca slicer.

These are the first steps:

Modify Orca Slicer to support belt 3D printers with the following adjustments:

Implement support for a nozzle positioned at a 45° angle (configurable: enabled/disabled).

Adapt the slicer to handle an infinite Z-axis for continuous printing.

Adjust the coordinate system:

The Z-axis is now at the bottom (instead of vertical growth).

The Y-axis moves upward.

Ensure correct slicing logic to accommodate the belt system, including toolpath adjustments and layer handling.

Testing and validation to ensure correct functionality.
