Help Get Alan's Education going

Hello, my name is Alan Ene, a resident of New Brunswick, Canada who will be going overseas to begin a four year program at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine. Believe me, opening this account and writing this story was a last-ditch effort to salvaging anything I could regarding financial aid.

I got into Canada as an international student in the year 2013 and graduated from the University of New Brunswick Saint John in the year 2017 with a BSc degree. As an international student amongst many others, tuition has always been challenging to come by. My wonderful parents helped a lot in sponsoring my first 2 years of undergrad. They chipped anything they could into my last 2 years, which comprised of full-time studies coupled with working 3 different jobs to make tuition payments in instalments. I had to work overtime fervently with huge course loads at school in order to make ends meet both financially and academically. Cost of tuition for international students was approximately C$ 20,000 per year for my 3rd and 4th year.

One would also ask, amidst all this, 'why haven't I applied for loans?' I tried to apply for bank loans but there was the issue with getting a co-signer as I don't have any family members here in Canada that could take up that role as the school is outside of Canada.

In summary, I'm beckoning on friends, well-wishers and patrons alike to support me in anyway possible as I begin this medical journey because I know it would be a tough but an exciting one. I plan on staying focused in school and avoid the same trials that befell me during undergrad where I had to constantly think of making those deadline payments in order to avoid restriction of academic services. That tends to weigh heavily on academic performance as working and trying to cope with the conquests of medical school would be rather counter productive. (The tuition costs PER SEMESTER are as follows - USD 25,000 and accomodation is USD 5,500 per semester). I know it is indeed a huge ask but I have to start with the first step which is owning up to the fact I need all your help in making my dreams come through.
