Be Part of Andrew's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
My name is Megan. My husband, Andrew, and I are on staff at Tanalian Leadership Center in rural Alaska. We live in a remote village accessible only by small aircraft. We have a passion for building Godly leaders in Southwest Alaska through relationship and Bible Teaching.
Andrew was injured recently in a plane crash on his way home from a neighboring village after doing a service project there. We are praising the Lord that he is alive (as well as the other 4 passengers) and will get to meet our baby girl, due later this spring.
Andrew was medevaced to Anchorage where he was treated in the ER then admitted to the hospital. 3 days later he underwent back surgery to stabilize his spine with rods and screws. He does not have any nerve damage is expected to make a full recovery. We have no idea what the road ahead of us looks like are this point, but we know it will be a long process.
Many people have been asking how they can help, and I'm finally able to nail down a practical way that would help immensely. As you know, medical bills and expenses add up quickly. All donations are appreciated, no matter how big or small. They all help. We have no idea what our actual expenses will be, but will do our best to update as we know better.
We so appreciate the outpouring of love on us. Thank you for your prayers, texts, calls, and love. We know God is sustaining us through this challenging time and will see us through.
