Hamilton’s Aaron Burr needs our help.

Sifiso left Hamilton in the Westend in December of 2019. Now his family of five living in the UK need our help. If we can get 1500 to give £20 - the target will be reached. Please give generously! Without work since December 2019 we get to step in now and help. We all know that 2020 was a hard hitting year for anyone in the arts industry but I think we can do some good together to help this family. My dear friends Sifiso (Aaron Burr, Hamilton UK)and Mel, a screenwriter need our help. They have three children (4, 2, and a new lockdown baby) and are both in the arts, finances are a hurdle. Let’s help them jump this hurdle. We’ve learnt this year to rely on one another so I’m celebrating my 40th by giving to this amazing family. The amount feels huge but I it’s only £20 from 1500 people. I know you’ve got people, who follow you! Their son is named Makhaya, a Zulu name meaning ‘builder of the home’. Let’s build peace in their home this year, and let’s give them the chance to maybe go to South Africa December 2021 to introduce Zindzi to their family. It would be a dream for their grandparents to meet their new granddaughter and actually touch her face. Gosh wouldn’t that be amazing?! We can be patient and wait to raise the full amount over 2021 but let’s start their year off with a bang. If we can get 450 people to give £29 to have £9ooo in the bank by March, while their industry rebuilds, that would be amazing. We are not coping well with the thoughts that so many talented people are in similar situations in the arts industry , but if we can ask and help one family, to help make a difference.
