Get Ava Grace to National Invention Convention

Ava Grace is a 4th-grade student at Mary G. Fritz Elementary School in Wallingford, CT. Ava Grace participated in our town-wide invention convention and advanced to the state finals last month. The state judges were impressed with her achievement, and she was selected for The National Inventio Convention. Ava Grace's invention is called the Lap Cap. This invention protects swimmers from head injuries. Ava Grace is a swimmer, and she has seen this problem firsthand. She designed and built the Lap Cap to help protect against head injury. Ava Grace created multiple prototypes before she found one that worked. Participating in the National Invention Convention is a great honor and an excellent opportunity for Ava Grace. This fundraiser seeks to cover the cost of registration fees, airfare and hotel accommodations for Ava Grace and her family.
