Friday morning, our Cedars community was shaken by the devastating news of Clarence Cohen losing his restaurant Baby Back Shaq in a fire.

Clarence better known as Shaq has been an enormous supporter and contributor to Dallas and the Cedars community since 1995. Creating bonds with his skills on the grill. Whether dining In or Out the Baby Back Shaq team was sure to make you laugh while filling your belly with some delicious Memphis bbq.

Shaq now faces an unimaginable challenge as he and his team must rebuild from scratch. While we're grateful to hear that they are safe, the road ahead is undoubtedly daunting.

Now, it's our turn to rally around him and the Baby Back Shaq team to show our support in their time of need.

We're launching a fundraising campaign to assist the Baby Back Shaq team as they embark on this journey to start anew. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a difference in helping them rebuild what was lost.
