Get back out into the outdoors doing what I love.

My name is James Dooley, and I've been struggling to get back into the outdoors. After serving 14 years, and doing 5 combat deployments, in the Marine Corps, needless to say my body is a little beat up. I've already had 2 back surgeries and waiting for another. With so many physical issues and limitations it is extremely difficult, if not impossible to go hunting. With my back the way it is, I can't carry my gear, let alone drag a deer out if I had a successful hunt. I know that this is a huge ask, and I absolutely hate asking for help, but hunting is my therapy. I've done a ton of research, watched videos, read reviews, studied the stats and all, and the Rungu ebike would be an awesome tool and piece of equipment that would allow me to do what I love again. I missed all of hunting season last year and this year, as of right now, doesn't look to promising. And on top of hunting, it would also be a huge asset to go ice fishing, it is rated and more than capable of pulling my ice fishing sled. I would also use it to not only get myself out, but I also want to take other veterans out into the outdoors, especially ice fishing. But like me, a lot of veterans have a lot of physical limitations. Again I hate asking for help, let alone money and donations but unfortunately I'm to that point.
