Donation protected
Hello, my name is Billy Logan and I am a USA Boxing certified official, coach and Papa for boxer Beth Smoke (Elizabeth Harris-Smoke.)
We are trying to raise funds for the National Silver Gloves tournaments in Independence, Missouri from January 31st through February 3, 2024.
Beth has made it through to qualify for the national title in the female intermediate (13-14 yrs old) Heavyweight division.
Born on the Six-Nations reserve in Ontario, Canada, she moved and was raised in Sanborn, NY near the Tuscarora territory. She is proud of her Mohawk, wolf clan heritage and hopes to recruit more indigenous females to compete in the sport.
She trains out of Fightnight Boxing club in Niagara Falls, NY, has been active in combat sports since age seven, and has a first-degree black belt in taekwondo.
In July 2023, Beth won the USA Boxing Women's Championship in her division and is currently ranked #1 by USA Boxing.
Please help us with some of the costs with retaining an USA Boxing amateur boxer's pursuit towards competition. We hope to bring back another national championship to the Niagara Falls region and WNY. In addition, representing Fightnight Boxing club which is emerging as the premier boxing club particularly for female boxers with several professionals and Golden Gloves Champions as Beth's mentors.
Nia'wen kó:wa for any assistance.
