Get BP back on the road!

Fight Toxic Prisons’ core crew member BP is stranded in Flagstaff, AZ after their car engine catastrophically failed due to a faulty oil pump! The car is totaled, even though they had it thoroughly checked upon purchase and invested money in oil changes and other maintenance. We need to get enough money to get BP to a safe place and new wheels. Less than a week ago a plains-clothes cop pulled a gun on them and other comrades after an abolition 101 workshop in an LA park while chasing down a houseless woman.
BP is Black, queer, formerly incarcerated organizer fighting at the frontlines of abolition and environmental justice. They are on a cross-country tour building lines of solidarity with folks in different communities and frontline struggles while conducting trainings on abolitionist and anti-carceral praxis.
