Get buster legs working

Hi my name is Melissa. On the 14th of August 2023 my dog Buster was chasing the ball like normal when he suddenly collapse in extreme pain, his back legs had collapse under him and he could not get up. After we rush him to the emergency vet we was told it wasn't looking good. He had suffered a upper spin injury affecting 5 of the 7 disks in his neck.After a fight they sent us home with medicines to see us through the weekend. After we saw the vets on Monday we was told a mri was needed, plus most likely a operation. At 9k this is impossible for us at the moment. So I am here asking for help to get my dog his mri to see if we can fix his back legs.
