Get Cancer Free - Victor Sammons

Asking for help is one of the most difficult things to do when you have worked hard for your family and community all your lives. This is why a group of friends have decided to start this go fund me page for our classmate and long-time friend Vic Sammons and his family.
Vic was diagnosed with throat cancer a year and a half ago and went through treatment but unfortunately the cancer is back. He also has Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia which makes it more difficult to heal in a timely manner. Vic will undergo chemotherapy and radiation treatment which will take place over the course of two to three months. During this time, his wife Amy is unable to work as she must take care of Vic and the household.   Amy is under the Family Medical Leave Act  which means that unemployment and assistance is not an option. Payments for their health insurance premiums, bill not covered, monthly bills, and then the fuel and lodging for the treatments which are located out of state. We request no phone calls or visits in order for them to focus on treatments and healing. Thoughts, prayers and donations are the best thing we can do to help right now.
