Get Fran Healthcare For 2023

The Commonwealth of PA took away my decent partially subsidized ACA healthcare plan last year because I got kicked out of my space and had to move a few blocks away. When I changed my address my good ACA plan became invalid because in the US system no amendments are allowed to policies (including address) so I had to apply for a completely new plan last year, but during my stay at the last zip code the state had introduced its own healthcare exchange. What that means is that all the residents of this state are now ineligible to receive any federal subsidies through the ACA and all state residents are required to purchase insurance through the PA State marketplace. This would be fine if the policies were of equal value, but in truth they filled the state marketplace with useless and expensive 'garbage' plans that neither my doctor, nor the hospital system I have to use will accept. If I were to independently purchase the same intermediate level plan that I had through the ACA and used for over 8 years previous it would cost me $1,100 - $1,300 per month plus stack on a lot of high deductibles on top of that, so I have been doing without insurance and going out of pocket for medical expenses since March 2022.

However, it has once again become necessary for me to acquire good health insurance for this year and beyond, and doing that will take most all of the project budget for FranLab, so I have started this campaign to reach out to my followers to assist me in meeting my medical expenses for this calendar year of 2023.
