Get Grandma Sally laid to rest in Pennsylvania

My dad and I are wanting to send Grandma Sally back to Pennsylvania to be buried next to her husband, Donald. I know my Grandmother touched everyone's lives she had come into, and now it's our turn to grant her last wishes. I could go on and on about all the things she has done with her life, and I know you all could as well. Any and all help we could get for this, our family would appreciate it greatly.
