Dear Dancers and Community Members,

What an amazing 12 years it has been with In the Groove Studios at 580 14th Street. We have learned and grown so much since we started in 2011, and we are excited to announce that we'll be moving into a larger building in the spring of 2024! Just a few blocks from our current location, the new studio will be located in downtown Oakland on 9th Street, right down the block from Swan's Market.

Breaking Down the Dream:

Our new studio is currently in the process of being constructed and we're seeking your support to make an empty space, a home. Here's a glimpse and cost breakdown of the key elements that will shape our new studio:

- Mirrors ($5,500.00)

- Flooring ($8,000.00)

- Registration Area ($1,500.00)

- Lighting ($2,000.00)

- Murals ($2,500.00)

- Signage ($2,000.00)

- Studio Equipment ($5,000.00)

TOTAL: $26,500.00

How to Get Involved and Support:
