Jason Kooken's Rehab Progress

Jason needs to pay for and ambulance to take him up to Boston so he can begin rehab.  Blue Cross is unwilling to pay for the trip so we need to get this done.  The sooner he starts rehab the sooner he'll be back on his feet!
