Get Jenny to the Mayo Clinic

My Sweet Jenny needs your support please.

Our story is about getting my sweet Jenny to Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale Arizona ASAP.
Jenny suffers every day and night with her multiple illnesses. We have tried everything from seeking help from both the National Jewish Hospital and the University Hospital in Aurora and neither were able to find out what is wrong with Jenny, or weren't even able to help her treat whatever it is that she has. She has been hospitalized and had more visits to the Emergency Room the past five years more than any one person should have to experience in their entire life time.
Jenny has had to have a second Power Port implanted into her chest. First one failed after a year. (Power Port is a flexible tube that's placed into a vein in your chest. It will make it easier for your healthcare team to: Give you intravenous (IV, through a vein) medication. Give you IV fluids).  She goes to the Day Surgery Dept. at the Longmont United Hospital three days a week to receive fluids to help her stay hydrated to help with keeping her kidneys hydrated and Phenergan to help with the constant throwing up and nausea. Her Lupus keeps her from being able to be in the sun for too long without getting an attack which some doctors have likened it to being similar of going through silent seizures. The Gastroparesis is what causes the everyday vomiting and nausea. Neuropathy, high & low blood pressure seronegative lupus auto immune disorder, Mast cell disorder are all a part of her sicknesses. Jenny is currently taking 25 pills a day to help her survive. Unfortunately the list also includes prednisone which is the steroid that she had been OVER prescribed by her old doctors and emergency room visits over the years.
The prednisone has caused her natural steroid gland to shut down thus keeping her body from being able to produce natural steroids to fight off her sicknesses.  Jenny is on oxygen 24/7 and has sleep apnea and uses a sleep apnea machine every night. She rarely sleeps through the night without waking up vomiting in the middle of the night.

Jenny doesn't feel like she has much time left due to the amount of suffering she goes through daily. Our goal is to get her to the Mayo clinic as soon as possible. Hopefully we can make this happen via the Go Fund Me process. We cannot do it without your help. We're hoping and praying that we can get her to The Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale Arizona ASAP!!!  The funds will go towards travel and lodging and food for myself Jenny and her awesome nurse (Kim Johnson) who has volunteered to come along with us to AZ and has been with Jenny throughout her sickness the past few years.
