Jordan's Service Dog Fund

As many of you know the past few years have been very difficult for me. One of my more recent and serious diagnosis has been POTS disorder (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome).  Due to this condition I can't stand or walk  for long periods of time (normally 10 minutes) which has prohibited me from attending public high school among other things. POTS also causes me to pass out every time I shower, have significant blood pooling in my extremities which is very painful, and have an elevated heart rate with every movement which causes memory problems and brain fog. Due to this development my doctors and I have decided that the best course of action for my treatment is to recieve a Medical Alert Service Dog. I have been working with the kind people of "Dogs Downtown LLC" to begin my journey towards receiving my Service Dog.
     Unfortunately, Medical Service Dogs are difficult and costly to train. This is where you come in. Any small amount donated to my cause will greatly help me on this road to recovery.
    The tasks my Service Dog, Luna, will be trained to preform are listed below:
- Alerting to elevated heart rate and Syncope
- Assitance after syncope (loss of consciousness)
- Retrieval of medications and other necessary objects
- Assist balance when needed
- Alerting others during my time of distress
