Get Matt Out of Wuhan China on a Gov flight

My brother Matt McCoy was stuck in the locked-down city of Wuhan, China, at the epicenter of the Coronavirus outbreak. Upon contacting the US Embassy in China, he secured a way out but this came at a steep price.

Matt is currently in California for a necessary 2-week quarantine. Unfortunately, this is preventing him from traveling for work and supporting his family.
